TABIRO PRIMARY SCHOOL
The school is based in community that was affected heavily by the civil war, The community is on a journey to recover from devastating poverty. The average family in Tabiro and surrounding areas are leaving under the poverty line, which means it is common to struggle to meet Education and basic needs. Our goal to let as many children from the community to access education as well as basic needs through Tabiro. Our partnership through child sponsorship enables over 100 children to go Tabiro primary school where they get education and lunch every day!
KIRIRI HOPE PRE & PRIMARY
Kirri Hope Pre-Primary school is based in a Moslem community, but also really affected by extreme poverty and high levels of illiteracy. Our vision is to avail and provide High Quality education, but also help change mindset towards education for the community. We have recently managed to build a new classroom block and administration block with the help of some of our corporate partners and we hope to provide more new classrooms to open more opportunities to some of the families that cant afford education in this community.
LUWALA God’s Mercy Primary school
Luwala God’s Mercy is based in yet another community that would not have had the chance to have a school with facilities like classroom buildings, qualified teachers or proper teaching materials, Our partnership with Luwala has enabled and is benefiting more than 500+ children a year to go through Primary school and accessing High Quality education. Our involvement in the school means we can support and provide for basic needs for some of the most vulnerable children in this community. and we are excited on what God has in stock for Luwala community.

Why a Christian school in a muslim community!
Kiriri Hope Pre-Primary school is based in a Muslim community, but also really affected by extreme poverty and high levels of illiteracy. Our vision is to avail and provide High Quality education, but also help change mindset towards education for the community. We have recently managed to build a new classroom block, administration block and a kitchen Through the help of some of our Ministry partners and We want to provide more new classrooms to open more opportunities to some of the families that can’t afford education in this community.
However it is not all about the material things, it also about the souls and spiritual life of the people we meet. We want to bring the greatest gift to humanity and that is the Gospel of Jesus of Nazareth. the message is clear!

Tabiro Primary School
The idea of Tabiro Primary school what it represents was born in the early 90s.
It started off small with reaching out to the community through the Church in Tabiro and the surrounding villages in the early 80’s. The School in Tabiro was intended to teach adults literacy and help develop their reading skills,
so they might have access to reading the Bible themselves.
In the early 1980’s, Pastor Dominic Ssenyonga was commissioned as a full-time pastor in the village of Tabiro, He noticed the need for literacy and founded a primary school now providing quality education on a Christian foundation to over 500 children a year and 1000s have been through the school and benefited.
Now another three schools have been built with the support of our generous partners in Luwala, Kikuyu and Kiriri to expand the vision and give access to education for those that most need it in those communities as well.
Most families in the communities like Tabiro in the Mpigi District, are healing from the decades of civil war that ravaged Uganda until 1986 – 87, leaving many in extreme poverty. Through the school in Tabiro, We subsidise school fees for children and families that would otherwise not be able to afford to send their children to school. The community is one that has been massively struck by HIV/AIDS, which means that there is a high number youth and children that are orphans. The average life expectancy in Uganda is very low due to preventable diseases such as malaria, malnutrition, and HIV/AIDS, which contributes to the problem of orphaned children.
Seeing that pressing need, Pastor Dominic and this wife Ruth would let the children that had no guardians or parents to stay in the school classrooms, so they would have shelter. Through that the idea of Tabiro Children’s Home (TCH) was born located at the school in Tabiro. Our founding directors the late Dominic Ssenyonga and Ruth Ssenyonga have instilled values that have made this sustainable to this point, and the legacy and vision still lives on to impact generations.
